The technological process of the biscuit production line: flour, accessories—> dough modulation—> piece pressing—>cut shape—> bake—> spray oil —> cooling—>finished product

1. Pre-processing of raw accessories: flour sieving, white granulated sugar crushing, palm oil, shortening, milk powder, baking soda, sesame, edible essence, edible salt, etc.

2. Dough: put the raw materials into the equipment, then the dough is formed through a mixer of Biscuit Production Line;

3. Baking

In actual production, the appropriate baking temperature depends on the hardness and size of the biscuit blank. The temperature at the front of the oven is 250 °C.
